Most professional organisers want to understand how they can improve their event year on year. Whilst the organiser’s own team can walk the floor of the event and speak to their exhibiting customers, more often than not this generates skewed results from those extremely satisfied to those extremely dissatisfied.
Independent of the organiser, WRS has a methodology to generate completed responses from a minimum of 80% of exhibiting companies. As WRS is already on site delivering the registration service, this can be a significant cost saving over engaging a separate organisation, whilst generating a meaningful report that the organiser can use in their post-show wash-up meeting.
Working with the organiser, WRS tailors the questionnaire, manages the onsite field work, data processes the completed questionnaires and produces the report within 14 days of the show closing.
